These clauses constitute all the terms and conditions of the transportation contract entered into between the Client/Passenger and Autobuses Los Chávez Inc.
At the time of issuance of the travel ticket, the Client/Passenger accepts and submits expressly and with full knowledge to the following general contract clauses and the fare table in force at the time of issuance of the aforementioned ticket:
1. Travel Ticket
- The Passenger is responsible for verifying that all the information contained in the travel ticket is in accordance with his/her request, and accepts the general clauses of the travel ticket contract.
- The travel ticket is personal and non-transferable. It is the only valid proof of travel, on the date and time printed.
- If the passenger loses a ticket, the Passenger must buy a duplicate ticket, assuming the responsibility of paying the corresponding administrative cost of the new printed ticket.
- Changes and postponements will be accepted up to 2 days before the scheduled date of travel indicated on the ticket, free of charge.
- You may request changes and postponements up to 1 day before the travel date indicated on the ticket, with a penalty of 20% on the original cost. If you make a change, only 80% of the original ticket value will be valid for the acquisition of a new one with the current fare.
- If the ticket is not used on the updated date, the ticket will be nullified and deemed invalid.
- Zerimar Express does not offer refunds, only postponements or rescheduling according to the previous conditions.
- Tickets and/or boarding passes presented by any person other than the printed name will be considered invalid and they will be confiscated.
2. Travel Fares
- Ticket prices are subject to change without notification.
- Discounts and promotions are not cumulative or combinable.
- All fares are quoted in U.S. dollars; unless otherwise indicated.
3. Luggage in the trunk and inside the vehicle
- The passenger is entitled exclusively to 02 suitcases, with a maximum total weight of 80 pounds per adult ticket or 01 suitcase of 40 pounds per child ticket.
- The excess will be admitted when the capacity of the vehicle allows it.
- In case of exceeding the weight allowed in your luggage during high season such as summer, an excess weight fee will be applied and will be allowed according to space availability.
- In the cabin or inside the vehicle, only 01 piece is allowed as carry-on baggage, which can be a backpack, bag or briefcase with a maximum of 10 pounds.
- Cardboard boxes, plastic containers and laundry sacks are not allowed.
- Zerimar Express is not responsible for valuables not declared at boarding and transported as baggage.
- Zerimar Express is not responsible for items left on vehicles or in terminals, nor for lost luggage inside the vehicle. Its care is the sole responsibility of the Passenger.
- The Passenger must not carry weapons or objects prohibited by law, which may endanger the safety of passengers. It is the passenger's obligation to allow and give all the facilities to the company's personnel to carry out the revision of his/her luggage.
- It is not allowed to transport in the trunk and/or cabin:
- Illegal drugs, chemicals and/or toxic substances.
- Illegal weapons, firearms, explosives and/or flammable objects.
- Pet transportation is not allowed.
4. During the trip
- No luggage is allowed on the seat; carry-on luggage must be placed in the overhead bin or under the passenger's seat to not block the passageway.
- All passengers must remain seated until the driver indicates that they may leave the vehicle.
- Smoking is prohibited on Zerimar Express vehicles or in the offices of Zerimar Express.
5. Boarding and arrival process
- Boarding and arrival process will only take place at authorized terminals or stations.
- The Passenger must be present 15 minutes before the departure time of the vehicle, to deliver their luggage. Once the vehicle has departed, there will be no possibility of postponement.
- At the boarding process, the Passenger must present the travel ticket and identity document.
6. Child
- Children from 3 to 11 years old have access to a reduced fare. From 12 years old onwards, minors must travel in their own seat and pay the adult fare.
- Babies or infants under 3 years old travel for free and do not have an assigned seat.
- Passengers under 18 years of age cannot travel alone unless permitted by their parents through a notarized letter of consent to travel authorizing the minor passenger to travel with Zerimar Express.
- Passengers under 18 years of age who are unable to fend for themselves must be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
7. Adults
- Senior people who are unable to fend for themselves must be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
- Passengers cannot travel under the influence of alcohol and/or narcotics; or when their state of health is visibly unsuitable for travel (unless a medical certificate is presented), forfeiting the value of their travel ticket.
- Senior people over 60 years old have access to a reduced fare by presenting identification at the time of purchasing their travel ticket.
- Zerimar Express may refuse services to passengers if:
- The passenger fails or refuses to comply with the rules and regulations established by Zerimar Express.
- The passenger acts in a disorderly or violent manner.
- The passenger is not fully clothed or is partially undressed.
- The passenger obstructs the driver's functions.
- The passenger's behavior is threatening to himself/herself or other passengers.
8. Transportation services
- Scheduled times are based on local time zones. Departure dates and times are subject to change.
- Zerimar Express is not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather or any other conditions beyond the carrier's control.
- Zerimar Express is not responsible for related expenses due to delays.
- Zerimar Express is not responsible for acts and negligence committed by interline and/or connecting carriers within or outside the international borders of the United States.
- Zerimar Express is not responsible for failure or interruption in the provision of additional benefits (such as WiFi, charging port for mobile devices, individual screen or others) granted as a courtesy, not being part of the contracted service.
- The passenger is covered by the mandatory insurance policy taken out by Zerimar Express.

9. Privacy Policy
- Zerimar Express does not sell or share personal or financial information with third parties. However, personal and/or financial information may be shared with third parties as deemed necessary for the following purposes:
- Credit card processing and fraud prevention purposes necessary for the purchase of tickets.
- Legal purposes or compliance with a government agency or law enforcement required by law.
- Zerimar Express collects and uses full name, phone numbers and email address for the purpose of securing and purchasing a ticket.
- The full name is required to be printed or digitally displayed on the boarding pass, among other things, for security purposes.
- Phone numbers are required for, among other things, emergency communication, itinerary updates and SMS booking confirmation.
- Email is required for e-ticket delivery and/or policies relating to travel, marketing and itinerary updates.
- Zerimar Express collects, uses and discloses personal information to provide you with the service you have requested and to offer you additional services that we believe may be of interest to you.
- The reasons why we collect personal information will be identified before or at the time of collection. In certain circumstances, the purposes for which information is collected may be clear and consent, such as when your name, address and payment information is provided as part of the ticket purchase process.
10. Website Terms of Use
- This website is operated by Zerimar Express The terms we, us and our refer to Zerimar Express. Your use of our website is subject to the following terms and conditions of use, as amended from time to time (the Terms).
- You should read the Terms or disclaimers presented on the pages of our website. Please review the Terms carefully.
- The Terms apply to all users of our website, including, but not limited to, users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors and/or content contributors. If you access and use this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and our Privacy Policy. 11. Errors and omissions

- Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to service description, pricing, promotion and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any tickets purchased based on incorrect pricing or availability information, to the extent we permitted by applicable laws.
- We do not undertake to update, amend or clarify the information on our website, except as required by law.
12. Discrimination Complaints
- If you believe that Zerimar Express has violated your rights, you may file a complaint by submitting a Title VI complaint form. Zerimar Express investigates complaints received no more than 30 days after the alleged incident. Zerimar Express will process complaints that are complete.
